It’s almost here!

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Expo Packages purchased via the Aureum Wellness website or at the Canberra Fitness Expo.

1. Validity Period 

• All Expo Packages (except the Ultimate Cellular Radiance Package) must be fully used by 31 December 2026. 
• The Ultimate Cellular Radiance Package is valid for four (4) months from the date of purchase. 
• Any unused sessions remaining after the applicable expiry date will expire and have no cash value or credit.

2. Purchase Period
Expo Packages are available to new clients only for purchase from the date of listing until midnight on 18 October 2026 (or while stocks/allocations last).

3. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable 

• Packages are non-transferable except for the “Share the Wellness Double Pass”, which is intended for two people. 
• Packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash once purchased, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Conversion of Services
If a client is deemed unsuitable for one of the purchased services (for example, following health screening or medical advice), that portion of the package will be converted to alternative Aureum Wellness services of equivalent value.

5. Booking & Redemption 

• All sessions must be pre-booked through Aureum Wellness’s booking system. 
• First-time clients will complete a safety induction and relevant health screening before their initial mHBOT session. 
• Sessions are subject to availability.

6. Session Specifics 

• mHBOT  sessions are 60 minutes (including compression and decompression time). 
• Red Light Therapy sessions are 20 minutes. 
• Clients should arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

7. Health & Safety 

• Clients must complete and update any required health questionnaires. 
• Aureum Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if it is deemed unsafe for the client. 
• Standard contraindications and safety protocols for mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Red-Light Therapy apply. 
• Clients with existing health conditions, recent surgery, implants, or who are      pregnant or breastfeeding should obtain medical clearance from their      doctor before commencing sessions.

8. Package-Specific Notes 

• The Expo 30 Day Bio-Stack must be used within 30 days of the Expo (in addition to the overall 31 December 2026 expiry). 
• The Share the Wellness Double Pass is for two people and cannot be used solely by one individual for double the sessions. 
• The Ultimate Cellular Radiance Package is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

9. Changes & Cancellations
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the session from the package.

10. General
Aureum Wellness reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to package holders. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Australian Capital Territory / New South Wales.

By purchasing an Expo Package you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
