Aureum Wellness – Standard Services & Packages Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all standard single sessions, multi-session packages, and Gift Vouchers purchased from Aureum Wellness.

1. Package Validity 

• 10-session packs (including combo packs of 10) are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.  
• 20-session packs (including combo packs of 20) are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.  
• Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will expire and have no cash value or credit.

2. Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and may be redeemed against any Aureum Wellness services of equal or lesser value (any difference must be paid by the redeemer).

3. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable 

• Packages and single sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.  
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

4. Conversion of Services
If a client is deemed unsuitable for one of the purchased services (for example, following health screening or medical advice), that portion of the package will be converted to alternative Aureum Wellness services of equivalent value.  Aureum Wellness may issue a refund on medical grounds at its discretion.

5. Booking & Redemption 

• All sessions must be pre-booked through Aureum Wellness’s booking system.  
• First-time mHBOT clients will complete a safety induction and health screening before their initial session.  
• Sessions are subject to availability.

6. Session Details 

• Standard mHBOT sessions are 60 minutes (including compression and decompression).  
• Red Light Therapy sessions are 20 minutes.  
• Clients should arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

7. Health & Safety / Medical Clearance 

• Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) and Red Light Therapy are wellness services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.  
• Clients with existing health conditions, recent surgery, implants, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding should obtain medical clearance from their doctor before commencing sessions.  
• Aureum Wellness reserves the right to request written clearance or to decline a session if it is considered unsuitable for the client’s health and safety.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the session from the package.

9. General
Aureum Wellness reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to clients. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Australian Capital Territory / New South Wales.

By purchasing any service, package or Gift Voucher you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
